Realm Rules

By entering our shop, you step into a tiny realm governed by creatures, sparkles, snacks, and chaos. To keep everything running (or at least squeaking forward), we have established the Realm Rules; the laws that guide all interactions within our sparkly domain.

Rule 1: Respect the sparkle.

Sparkle is sacred. Sparkle is powerful. Sparkle gets everywhere. Please accept this fate.

Rule 2: Respect the creatures.

They work hard. They squeak loudly. They take snack breaks at inconvenient times. They deserve kindness  

Rule 3: Respect the chaos.

Chaos is part of the workflow. If something arrives with glitter, crumbs, or paw prints, that means it was made with love.

Rule 4: Do not encourage creature mischief.

They do not need encouragement. They will take any suggestion as a legally binding directive. Please be careful.

Rule 5: Follow the human policies too.

  • Store responsibilities - that you run the store, follow laws, and provide accurate information.
  • Customer account rules - customers must give correct info and keep their login secure.
  • Payment terms - what payments you accept, how fees work, how refunds work, and what happens if payments fail.
  • Shipping and delivery expectations - estimated shipping times, delays, tracking, and when responsibility transfers to the carrier.
  • Returns and refunds policy - what can be returned, what cannot, how long customers have, and how refunds are issued.
  • Prohibited uses - customers cannot break laws, harm the site, steal data, commit fraud, or misuse content.
  • Intellectual property notice - you own your store's content; Shopify owns the platform; customers cannot copy or misuse your content.
  • Third-party services - apps and integrations have their own terms customers agree to when using them.
  • Limitation of liability - you are not liable for shipping delays, carrier issues, third-party app problems, or indirect damages.
  • Changes to terms - you can update your terms; continued use means acceptance.
  • Contact information - your business name, store email, and physical/mailing address.

Rule 6: No unauthorized snack trades.

Creatures will attempt to barter with customers. Please decline politely.

Rule 7: Glitter is forever.

We cannot remove it. We cannot contain it. We cannot explain how it spreads. Please accept this reality.
