What exactly do you make?

I create handcrafted diamond art pieces - sparkly, magical, cozy-chaotic creations made one gem at a time. Each piece is placed by hand, sealed with intention, and infused with a little witchy energy. I also offer prints, accessories, and other magical add ons depending on the season.

 Are your pieces handmade?

yes - every single one. No machines, no mass production, no shortcuts. Just my hands, my heart, and a crafting corner that looks like a glitter tornado passed through.

Can I reserve or hold an item? 

I don’t offer holds — ready made pieces are first‑come, first‑served. Once a piece sells, it’s gone to its new home. If you’re eyeing something, trust your intuition and grab it before someone else’s intuition beats you to it.

Orders & Processing

How long does it take to make a piece?

Handmade magic takes time. Depending on the size and detail of the piece, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Each listing includes an estimated processing time so you know what to expect.

Can I change my order after I placed it?

If you message me quickly - usually within a few hours- I can often adjust things before the magic begins. Once l've started crafting or packing, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Every order already arrives wrapped in cozy, magical packaging, but if you want something extra special, just let me know. I can package it so it is gift giving ready  

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Currently I ship within the U.S., but I'm working on expanding my shipping spells for international orders soon.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is finished and blessed with stardust, it usually ships within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the postal service, but most orders arrive within 3-7 days.

What if my package gets lost?

Don’t panic - your stars are safe here. If the postal gremlins misplace your order, I'll help track it down or replace it depending on the situation. Just message me and well realign the cosmos together.

Returns, Replacements & The Sparkle Guarantee

What if my order arrives damaged?

I've got you. Send me a message with a photo and I'll fix it, replace it, or make it right. No stress, no guilt, no hoops.

Do you accept returns?

Because everything is handmade, returns are handled on a case by case basis. If something feels off or wrong, reach out - I'm always willing to work with you.

What if my item doesn’t look exactly like the picture?

Handmade magic means tiny variations happen - lighting, sparkle shifts, and the natural personality of the piece can create small differences. But I promise: every piece is crafted with intention, care, and witchy precision.

Product Questions

How do I care for my diamond art?

Keep it dry, keep it out of direct sunlight, and treat it like the magical creature it is. A soft cloth can remove dust, and sealed pieces are extra protected.

Are your pieces sealed?

Yes - all finished diamond art is sealed to keep the sparkles in place and the magic preserved.

Can I request a specific color palette or design?

All pieces in my shop are ready made, crafted by hand and created exactly as shown. I don't offer color changes, design swaps, or custom palettes - each piece is its own finished spell. Once it's listed, it's already complete, sealed, and full of its own magic.
