A Gentle Ritual for When The Magic Misbehaves

Every piece that leaves my tiny witch’s nook is crafted with intention, care, and a sprinkle of starlit mischief. But even with all that magic, sometimes an item arrives looking a little less enchanted than it should. When that happens, this is the soft, safe place where we make things right.

Your stars are safe here.
Your experience matters.
And this is the spellbook for soothing the not so sparkly moments.

When The Magic Arrives A Little Wonky 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or touched by a quaility issue, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery. Just send me:

• your order number

• a photo with the issue

• a quick message about what happened 

I’ll respond with warmth, clarity, and the next steps.

What Makes an Item Return Ready

To keep the enchantment fair for everyone, returned items must be:

• unused

• in their original condition

• sent back with all original packaging

If the issue was caused by me or the mail gremlins, I cover return shipping. If not, the customer covers return shipping.

Exchanging One Spell for Another

If the item you want is still available, I’m happy to exchange it for the same piece. 

If it is sold out or one of a kind, we’ll choose the next best magical solution together - a refund or a replacement.

 Items Too Enchanted to Return

Some creations are too personal or too spell specific to return:

• clearance items

• final sale items

• personal use items that can not be resold once opened

 How Refunds Flow Back to You

Once your return arrives back at my crafting nook and passes inspection - your refund will be issues back to your original payment method.

Banks usually take 3-5 days to complete their part of the ritual.

If You Need to Cancel a Spell

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase - before I begin crafting, packing, or summoning sparkles.
