Creature FAQ

Welcome to the Creature FAQ, a little hub where we answer the most common questions caused by tiny creatures, sparkles, snacks, and general meltdowns.

“When will my order ship?”

Orders ship within 1-3 business days, unless

• creatures get distracted by shiny things,
• the printer explodes into glitter,
• or someone accidentally labels your package “for creature enrichment.”
If any of these occur, shipping may be delayed by a few days.

”Why does my package smell like snacks?”

Creatures are not supposed to store snacks neat outgoing orders. They do anyway.

Common scents include cheese puffs, sweet crumbs, and “mystery crunch.”

”Do you take custom requests?”

Sometimes. Sometimes the creatures love special projects and will gather supplies with maximum enthusiasm and minimum accuracy.

Sometimes they will attempt to burn the warehouse down when someone mentions custom. Either way, a human supervises to prevent a total meltdown.

“Are the creatures real?”

They insist that they are  We can not legally confirm or deny. They have union paperwork, so we assume yes.

“My tracking says something weird. What does it mean?”

Possible statuses include:

• “Paused for creature inspection”
• “Delayed due to a snack raid”

• “In transit but sideways”
• “Temporarily misplaced”

If your tracking says “We don’t know where it is,” s creature took it on vacation.

”Can I return something?”

Yes. As long as the item is unused, unchewed, unglittered, and not repurposed as creature furniture. If a creature has claimed it, we cannot accept the return.

“Why is there glitter on my item?”

Creatures believe that glitter is a “protective blessing.” We believe glitter is a workplace hazard. Neither side is willing to compromise

”Do you restock sold out items?”

Often! Restocks depend on creature cooperation and supply availability.

”A creature was inside of my package! What do I do?”

Offer a snack, gently encourage them to leave, and email us so we can update the “creature escape attempts” log.

“Why does my order have tiny pawprints?”

Creatures perform “quality checks.” This involves sniffing, patting, squeaking, and occasionally stepping on the product.

We consider this a sign of approval.
